With the 116th pick of the 2006 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans select North Carolina State LB Stephen Tulloch.
Tulloch was an All-Conference selection last season, leading the team in tackles, posting 119/16/3. He is an athletic linebacker who likes to mix it up. Tulloch displays good range, is fast in any direction and forces the action. He is effective on the blitz, collapses outside defending the run and is rarely off his feet. He is a hard hitter who wraps up tackling. He is tough and competitive. Tulloch is undersized but explosive and faster than his 40-time.
