A guy from Dallas does a good job predicting the comp picks each spring. Run a search in the forum on the topic and I bet you find a couple of threads from last year on him.

im not to up on conditional draft picks but why wouldnt the titans get comp for any of the big names that left last year like mase rolle carter schulters etc??? please excuse my ignorance....

because we released them and they weren't natural free agents (meaning their contracts were up)

although, I thought Rolle was already a free agent?
