Caught this line in the NY Daily News, didn't see it in any Tennessee media;

Tennessee was a beaten team at that point. But Titans coach Jeff Fisher overheard a conversation in the locker room at the half that he didn't like.

"I don't know where it came from, but I heard somebody come in and say, 'Look we can't let this thing turn into a blowout.' I really took offense to that as we kind of huddled up on the side before the half," Fisher said. "So whatever the mind-set was, it was going to have to change because there was plenty of time to come back and make plays."

I like they're calling it the "Music City Meltdown". :ha:

I was listening to a syndicated sports talk show out of NY today. They were talking about Fisher and how he is known around the league as one of the best motivators in the league.

Anyone calling for Fisher's head needs to have theirs examined. Yes, it was just one victory. However, it was a victory for a young inexperienced ball club that is learning how to win and finish games. Jeff Fisher is worth his weight in gold to this franchise.

From reading that quote, I assume he heard that in our locker room. Any idea who said it? Maybe it was Schwartz.

I heard the sideline honey claim that Fisher heard it on the way to the LR at halftime and tore everyone a new one in there.
Good for him.

I have no idea how that smily got there. I didn't post it.

Jeff, does that magically happen when your cat steps on the keyboard?
