View Full Version : trade possible?? Spinnaker 03-12-2007, 01:22 AM Could we possibly trade up in the first round of the draft? TitanJeff 03-12-2007, 08:23 AM Costs too much. The only exception would be if a player the Titans loved was there a few picks ahead. It would still cost them their second-rounder and likely more. We have a draft trade chart which gives you an idea of the value of each pick. Banshee2 03-12-2007, 10:41 AM Better to move down and get another 2nd, IMHO... Puck 03-12-2007, 11:29 AM Could we possibly trade up in the first round of the draft? for who ? assuming we wouldn't crack into the top 10, who exactly do you consider worthy of moving up to get ? I think the group surrounding the 20th pick are pretty good RyansTitans 03-12-2007, 02:27 PM We should trade up to around 11 or 12 to try and get Landy or Ginn Jr bigtitan53279 03-12-2007, 02:29 PM Could we possibly trade up in the first round of the draft? that would involve us doing more than sitting on our hands. theprizdfighter 03-12-2007, 02:58 PM If we move up I want Okoye. Puck 03-12-2007, 09:10 PM that would involve us doing more than sitting on our hands. :truedat: GLinks 03-12-2007, 09:33 PM I would not trade up for Ginn. I think one of these guys could be around when we pick, thus I wouldn't trade up at all: Carriker, Bowe, Meachem, Nelson, Hall, Johnson, Houston. I would consider trading down a few spots (say to New England's 24 pick) if I thought I could still land Houston, Meachem or Johnson. I would consider trading up 2-3 spots maaybe for Carriker, but I really don't think that's necessary, even though I think there's a good chance he could be gone by 19. Banshee2 03-13-2007, 03:22 PM The only person worth moving up for, IMHO, is Landry. We're in good position to get better at some other positions with BPA at all our first-day picks there's lots of depth at CB and WR, and some decent DEs as well... |
