According to ESPN insider the hawks are "actively shopping him"

He'd be a good pickup...

He would be a great pickup and we wouldn't have to worry about drafting a WR.

Lets go after him big time. We really need a reciever

uh oh i dont like this..

"Darrell has been known for dropping balls. Although he is regarded as an elite receiver, he isn't put up into the group such as Steve Smith and Chad Johnson because of his injuries and dropped balls."

From Wikipedia

Oh well new team fresh start could always fix that i guess.

hope we go after him

The entire Seahawks recieving corps has had problems with dropped balls over the past few seasons. But maybe you're right about a change of scenery.

So whats the word on D-Jack? What's it gonna take to get him?

If there actively shopping him I think it would take no more then a 3rd

3rd sounds good to me. You're not going to get a reciever as good as him with that pick.

Best thing about it is. We can use our first and second pick to adress the D. This sounds like a really good idea we should seriously go after Jackson

Jackson has had problems with drops, and I certainly wouldn't count him among the league's elite, but he's a guy who is productive year after year, he'd be the best #1 the team has seen since DMase.

Personally, I think he'd be an excellent fit.

Other then Mason I cant think of a good reciever we have ever had here in Tennessee.

Dyson?
Byrd?
Bennett?

Psh its about time we get a number 1

If we dont go after Jackson ill be dissapointed

Are y'all quick to forget how many balls Drew dropped!?!

I don't care how many balls he drops if he put up the same numbers as last year.....956 yards and 10TD's. Drew only had 737 yards and 3 TD's.

I love DJ. He is a great reciever. Keep in mind that last year Seattle had depth at WR and were able to spread the ball around.

Mike's been working on Jackson for weeks now
B59 rumored compensation to be a 4th, but I think it takes more than that
...if only this was last year, might've got him for cheap

I think Jackson can sustain what he's been doing the last few years, and that's to hover around 1,000yds and 7-10 TD's

He isn't exactly the model of consistency regarding free agents and drafts.

He should be able to, although no Deion Branch in this offense, his numbers might go up 100+

The closer the draft gets, i think well see more deals get done league-wide.

DJax is a big-time reciever. Keep in mind he was coming back from a knee injury last year and still put up big numbers in 13 games while working himself back. imho he's better than anything we've ever had here in TN at wideout.

From Seahawks forum....

"I also heard the Hawks are ready to sign Carr, and are about to trade DJax and Hass to the Steelers for Fanaca and their 1st round draft choice."

That makes absolutely no sense at all, unless Pittsburgh have completely given up on Roeburger.

It was probably an April Fools Joke, there was one earlier with Reggie Wayne being traded to the 49ers.

Jackson was great last year, despite missing the last few games of the regular season, he would be a great fit...

I'd say a 3rd and 6th would do it, although I'm also thinking though that the Seahawks would prefer a 2nd and 6th round pick...

Of course they'd rather get a second than a third, but the question is what would they be willing to take
