The Sharks are notoriously good in the playoffs. Typically over achieve and have one of the loudest arenas in the NHL. The Tank will be loud tonight and someone in a Blue and Gold uni is going to get pounded on.

Well... Thomas Vokoun was out with blood clots. Not making excuses, the Sharks took the Preds to the woodshed last year, but Vokoun is a HUGE part of the Predators, and his absence definitely made a difference.

Preds played uninspired. Allowed themselves to get pushed around. Didn't have anything to do with the "Shark Tank". They have to play with an edge like they did the first 2 games otherwise they are done. Sharks played their game last night and that is a credit to them. Boring but effective.

We were absolutely outplayed, but that doesn't mean Sharks are a better team overall. That is what is frustrating. I don't mind the loss as much as the effort. We lost Game 1, but we adjusted and gave great effort to force an overtime. I can accept that easier.

Did anyone else have to watcht he last game on Vs network? The group is so bad that when the Preds pulled the keeper they put up a delayed penalty warning. It even took the annoucers a few minutes to realize it was bogus!

Yeah, the VS broadcast was crappy, especially their studio people. I guess that i'm used to hearing Crispy and Pete, who are two of the best hockey commentaters you'll find.

The first goal by the wings was crazy. Guy swung his stick back behind him hit the puck with the shaft of his stick and hit the puck over Nabby's right kick blocker. I had to rewind it 5 times I could not believe it.
