Fisher, and the Titans, have done a good job at not making this an issue during training camp so far. I really thought it would have more national coverage than it has.

I hope it's signed before the season starts. Any guesses on how many years? 3? 4?

My guess would be three plus an option year.

I've heard nothing but rumors. The one I hear most is the deal is already set in principle but there are a few details that are being worked out.

It's hard to know if such talk is BS because Fisher doesn't want it to be a distraction or make it appear as if his contract isn't a priority.

I think in most these type of situations it isn't the team or the coach that makes a big issue out of it. The media is the one that tends to get it all bent out of shape. As long as the deal is done before the end of the year I don't see Fisher letting it be a distraction.
