The electrifying Texas alum who found his way into the spotlight in the 2006 season may not only be breaking the rookie QB rushing record. According to undisclosed resources, the sophmore quarterback is set to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award for a second year, defying all odds. The Tennessee Titan superstar has shown great poise this offseason and, if all goes well, he will be receiving the distinction of being the best player out of college even 1 year removed from it. With a great offensive line in front and a great supporting cast, Vince Young will be hoisting that plaque for a second time. What amazes most is how Vince has been in the NFL for a year now, starting 13 NFL games, and is still eligible for Rookie of the Year. " He's just an outstanding player," said NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, "We all looked at this year's draft class and decided that Vince deserves another shot at ROY." That's not all he had to say though. "At least Vince has some class. He's nothing like that hoodlum teammate of his, Adam Jones. Vince is a lot better than the players coming out of college this year, and we understand that. That's why we're giving Vince Rookie -- er, giving Vince the chance to win Rookie of the Year.
