Tony Brown instead of Simon?

Tony Brown instead of Simon?

LDT 97-Tony Brown / 90-Randy Starks

RDT 92-Albert Haynesworth / 96-Corey Simon

it appears Simon is backing up Haynesworth

and before someone asks ......

Griffin is backing up Finnegan @ RCB

Simon just got here. He might start a few weeks from now, but not this quickly. I think he may not start all season, and will just be great depth for the rotation.

So glad that finnegan is starting.

Finnegan/Harper is fine with me.

Anyone else going to be secretly rooting for Lowry to fail so maybe Griffin goes to FS?

I was wanting to see Chris Davis return punts.

Hell no.

I agree!

No real suprises on the depth chart, glad B.Jones is getting the start.

Griffin needs to be on the field most of the time on defense, hopefully that will work itself out during the season.

No, never root for any part of your team to fail.

finnegan returning punts REALLY surprises me. as much as fisher critsized him for always trying to break the big one instead of taking what was there, i thought for sure davis was going to get the nod there.

Tony Brown instead of Simon?
simon is probably only a situational player at this point in the season. he isn't in football shape and probably doesn't know all of his assignments yet. we all know he's going to be in there when it's short yardage and running downs instead of tony(tony will probably be at end)

Starters have not been announced. This is the same line up that they had right after the cuts to 53 men. Is there any place that Fisher is quoted with this line up?

Rebel is right, Puck, what says that these are what's going to be on the field on sunday?

It even says unofficial at the top.

I don't like Finnegan returning kicks on special teams. Not because he isn't capable of doing it, just because I don't want to see him take any big hits and possibly get injured.

Chris Davis did this game in and game out at Florida St. Sure there is a transition to be made from college to the NFL, but he can handle it.

Also, If he went down with an injury from returning kicks, I don't think we would suffer as much as we will if Finnegan goes down.

sound logical to me

honestly, would you line it up any different ?

maybe I should retitle it "Unofficial Depth Chart Published" ?

It has Hill/Finnegan/Griffen at starter.

We'll see what actually happens sunday, but this doesn't seem to be anything definitive.

You know Fisher well enough to know he won't do anything to give Del Rio any info. ;)

 Always a winner comment. A poster wants a certain player to fail before the damn season has started. How pathetic. We just got LT out of here so cheer for his replacement to fail? Ryans that is horrible. I want lowry to be the baddest stud on the planet and go to the damn pro bowl. What do i care if a good player like griffen is on the bench. Having too many good players is not a problem!:

hell no. think about how long it took us to get rid of lamont. there is no reason to think we would be any faster in getting rid of lowry.

Griff will take over next year at CB so for everyone worrying he won't play much he's going to get plenty of time in diff. packages or if someone would unfortunately get hurt.

Griff is not going back to FS why can't we realize this. Griff will move all over this year to take adv. of his ability but eased into he will be a great CB sooner rather than later.
