hmm pay Chris Johnson more (im not sure why fisher said they're not budging, it will only make Johnson less likely to sign when his contract is up...but loyalty isnt something the Titans have been good at the past couple years, Resign Keith Bullock (again loyalty), the heart and soul of the D. Even with one injury in career hes still a beast and he can recover. Let KVB and his couple sacks of production walk. Then go after a big time DE or big time CB in the draft in free agency. Oh and not have Nick Harper start at corner when we can't get a pass rush.
