1st overall, LOL jk. 4th or 5th round I say.
Since the inception of the forward pass, the game of football has hit another stratosphere. Why don't we see more teams actually any team take the field with multiple passers? Ive seen Pittsburgh use WR as QB's from time to time, and the Dallas Mavericks once essentially played with 2-3 Centers while they were dominant. I'm just a little surprised no ones out there making the wildcat look obsolete by incorporating laterals by top notch throwers into their games plans.
I know any time the ball takes flight there is some risk for the team with the possession, but I've seen laterals win games. Just trying a lateral mid play means you're desperate. Why not change the odds to your favor by doing it with guys who move the ball by air for a living.
