I'm sorry but I just can't get behind OG at #10. Trade way down and get one maybe but not at 10. I really like Ansah but the only way we get him if Detroit passes on him for someone like Warmack for their OL and Buffalo goes OG or QB. I think the Jets would rather have someone like Mingo or Jordan but Jordan probably goes to Philly or Browns if they keep their pick. If Philly passes on Jordan and the other things fall into place then it is very possible to have a choice between Ansah and Jordan at #10. I like Jordan but feel like he would be wasted on our team. He would have to play DE since we have Ayers at OLB and with Jordan's skillset and coverage ability that is where he needs to be in a 4-3. At OLB he can rush the QB but also drop back into coverage.

Those of you that want a guard at 10 are acting like that's the only place that we can possibly get a starting guard. Warmack and Cooper have gotten so much attention around here that some of you just think that's the only way to go and that they're the only 'can't miss' prospects out there. Let me tell you something, there is not such thing as a can't miss prospect, no matter how much of a sure thing they are.

I don't know why, but i think we're going to go CB round one even with Milliner off the board. I know it's a reach but I just have this feeling.

I also have a feeling Star will be there and even though he's the player I want most, and others on this board along with me, I feel like we will pass on him even if he's there. I will be so mad if so.

Almost all indications have the Titans taking a Guard @ 10. People will probably be disapointed if they are hoping DE. Munchak seems hell bent by most accounts in rectifying his mistake by not taking any OL's last year and having one of the worst OL's in Titan history (one of a few reasons I am sure Peyton elected Denver over here). So Munchak will go Guard but the big surprise, because THERE IS ALWAYS ONE in the draft with this franchise, is I can totally see them taking Cooper @ 10 even if Warmack is still on the board. Then most people in the forum will be totally split 50/50 on the pick; at first most everyone will be up-in-arms but then after some clarity and more research the majority will start to like the pick of Cooper @ 10 and there ya have it ... That is my "stone cold BOLD prediction" of how the Draft will play itself out for us this Thursday. Will just have to wait and see now:popcorn:

I'd love for us to take a guard at 10! ..Just not Cooper. Warmack would be a great pick at 10.. trade back a bit for Cooper.

Guards. We're arguing about ****ing guards. The least important position on the field.

Yeah true but its hard to ignore how awful the Guard play was for the Titans in 2012; and awful is putting it mildly. Levitre and Cooper would automatically make it above average and we may not be arguing over Guards because Cooper can and probably will be converted to Center in the long-term.

And it wasn't that long ago Titan fans were screaming to draft a Center/Guard in the 1st RD. (David DeCastro - albeit not as early as 10)

That's what happens when you have three third string guys on the field at the same time and guys shuffling positions mid-game. There were games at the end of the year when Velasco was switching from center to guard because guys would get banged up for a play or two.

There was just incompetency in the interior last year and it got worse because of injuries. That issue has been fixed. Two guys brought in for depth, center is settled for the year and we signed the best guard on the market to start. Spending the tenth pick on a guard is overkill and absolutely unnecessary when this draft is full of quality guards in the first five rounds.

I just dont see Ansah getting passed Jets @ 9 so then who? It would have to be Mingo / Richardson / Williams? I think if those 3 are left they would go Guard. Hoping Ansah falls to 10 would love a JPP clone but not sure the Jets will pass.
