You're retarded- i was just drunk. Believe me- I know just how "sold out" the Titans games are. Why don't you check out the PSL waiting list and see how it's doing?

The pick is growing on me this AM. I prefer that we had picked up Darius Slay or Carradine with Schaub and Luck in our division. I don't trust Locker to be able to keep up with them as it is.

I was premature in my reaction because I don't much about Hunter. It doesn't seem to me that his hands are all that great and we have fallen in love with another project. And that just hasn't worked out that well for us in the past.

Based on Carradines selection, he would have been a reach in the 2nd.

Hunter is far from a project. He produced in college.

Yeah- I just don't know that much about his production. Carradine went a few spots downwhere we were. I don't think that would have been a reach.

I was just more comfortable with him or Slay/banks.

You have to account for the fact Hunter gets to stay home, just playing in front of fans that watched you at UT will make you play hard. I much rather have Hunter than a guy with no connection to TN. I think the fans are going to love Hunter. youll hear a lot of cheering the first time he catches a pass as a Titan.

I'm excited about the pick and don't watch college ball.

His production was solid (doesn't seem like a project like some say) and he's a great athlete. I was pretty surprised we took him at #2, but like the pick. We could use another star, not depth, at the WR position and if we DO retain Kenny Britt, I think he comes back at a lower asking price because of the catches Hunter and Wright will take.

If Britt can actually get his sh#t together, then we will have a scary WR corps.

You also have to keep in mind the following...

    1. His coaching staff was a train wreck
    2. He outperformed the first round pick on the other side of him all season long.
    3. He completely torched Amerson, aqb many here loved.
    4. Last year was his first back from acl surgery.

This was a hell of a pick. I wild not trade him straight up for either recurve picked ahead of him.

Carradine was picked at 40 by the 49ers, who we traded with. We didn't have to move a bit for him and he would have fallen right in our laps.
