Did not say I agree with it. Just think that is where they are headed.

If Nate stays with us, then I expect this to be our lineup:
    1. Britt
    2. Wright
    3. Hunter
    4. Nate
    5. Walter
    6. Williams

Come to think of it, we have too much depth at the WR that some people wont get enough PT they deserve!

I dont see Nate in the gameplan after this year, but since we didnt land Welker I think he will be on the field in 2013. I think Williams can step up and fill his spot.

Which is another reason I do not see Nate on the Roster at the start of the season. Also still see Walter ahead of Hunter. At least at the start. JCBRAVE made a good point. Walter is there to demonstrate to Hunter how to be a big possession receiver.

You also have to remember we've yet to get a complete season from Britt, depth at WR is something we've never had. I'll take it

If I had to make up a number I'd say it's 60/40 favoring Nate staying. But I think it's a very, very real possibility that he isn't on the team come opening day. I just have a hard time seeing where he fits now that we drafted Hunter. Especially considering the price tag that comes along with him.

As I've said before, I don't think we traded up to the top of the 2nd round for a #4/#5 receiver. This staff needs to win now. He's going to be one of the top 3 guys right off the bat IMO. And then we still have Britt and Wright. I don't see Washington wanting to play the #4 role for the Tennessee Titans when there are better options out there. E.G. He'd be the #1 (#2 at worst) guy in New England.

Don't get me wrong, I really like Nate. And if he wants to stay here as a non-starter then that'd be great. I just don't see it. He's not washed up yet.

I watched the video of him on the Titans site and was really impressed with the way he ran. He really glides and runs crisp routes. I admittedly didn't know too much about him when we signed him but am excited to see what he can do.

I say Hunter will be our #3. I disagree with whoever said WR was hard to play well right away. I think it's one of the easier positions to come in and play well right away.
