And the idea of taking a game to a friends house... What if you just sign in on their system? Wouldn't that allow you to move the game around if need be? But they most likely wouldn't be able to keep it while you are away... Unless you let them log in as you. And you're not playing on another system.

I would assume the 24 hour checkin (if it's even true/accurate) only affects games not being played with the owning account. But it's amazing how much speculation, conjecture and contradictory information I've seen regarding the xbox one. This site for instance claims there wont be a fee for used games, just the regular checkin to verify the ownership status of the games installed.

Of course as a PC gamer I don't even get what all the hubbub is about, as I've long ago given up buying physical discs and used games is a very foreign concept to me.

It's written down in the specs and you still deny it? Nice bubble you live in.

You do realize just because YOU PERSONALLY don't care about something that doesn't make it a good business decision for a business, right? I just want to establish that.

What about GameFly? Games delivered to your mailbox where you can play and then just ship back. Guess you can't do that for XBoxOne. Sucks.

Then what would be the point of going console gaming over PC?

Umm yea... Where did I say that a business should stop selling used games? I just said it isn't a big deal. It isn't. You can adjust to it.

Yea, GameFly is really cool if you're super into games and have an insane amount of free time. I'm not that into games where I'd ever care to play more than 2 games a year, and I don't have the time to play for hours a week. Again, I'm not saying it isn't a good idea. Just expressing my opinion.

Well for me personally I've never seen any point in consoles and I believe they're wastly inferior and furthermore a hindrance to the technological evolution.

Lol it's because they are... But the ability to not be held hostage was nice. Also the fact that the video games have become more centered on consoles, more and more have consoles over a kick ass gaming pc... Which are much more expensive. I know ONE PERSON in my group of friends that has a pc capable of playing games well. I might have met one more.

How many of us have a ps3 or Xbox? All of us.
