    Oh definitely.

He probably bangs her while Supes is still alive on the low and then has Alfred hand him the video along with that note.

Still shows up just as Supes starts to die and pisses on him.

Eh, it's a good IMAX (not 3d) movie.

It was good but it didn't have the heart, soul and wit of Batman Begins.

    Finally went to see it.

I was really surprised how much I enjoyed that.

That might have been one of the better superhero/comic movies ever in my opinion.

Maybe right behind Batman Begins and The Dark Knight but better or equal to Rises.

Definitely better than everything Marvel outside of the Avengers.

    I give it an 8/10

    Good
    - Henry Cavill is Superman, nailed it
    - Cinematography was excellent
    - The action was incredible

    Bad
    - Really didn't like Amy Adams
    - Michael Shannon was underwhelming
    - Missed some of Superman's "stuff", no Lex Luthor, no kryptonite. One of Superman's biggest problems is he is pretty much god. I never felt like he was in any real danger.

    - No real mention of the DC Universe around him outside of a few shots of Lexcorp logos and a Wayne Enterprises satellite. Earth is threatened by an alien force and nobody else (Batman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Aquaman) is effected?
Warner Brothers is trying to grow a DC cinematic universe like Marvel/Disney and they missed out on that in this film.
I don't mind that much because Man of Steel is a GREAT Superman movie on its own but I feel like they will try to shove all of that in a sequel and the next movie will suffer for it.

Looking forward to the Batman reboot, Man of Steel sequel and the eventual Justice League movie.

Hope Snyder, Nolan, Goyer and WB can keep it up.

You've seen Tree of Life right? That first half kinda had that Tree of Life vibe to it and it was gorgeous to look at, wish they didn't sacrifice some of that so they could blow up a couple of more buildings.

I give the first half of the movie an A and the second half a B-, this might be a weird complaint to hear about a superhero movie, but I actually thought it had TOO MUCH action and was more interested in his background story.

"Looking forward to the Batman reboot"

I'm not, Nolan has ruined Batman for every director.

The same applies to every superhero movie though. Can't really think of it like that.

    Marvel didn't.

Aliens threatened the planet... Avengers. At least other characters are mentioned and cameo throughout all of the marvel movies.

Aliens leveled Metropolis, no mention or hint really of anyone else.

I think it is fine though since we know they are working toward it. Maybe in this universe Supes is the first meta-human to show up.

John Williams' theme is a classic, but I really liked the music.

Don't interrupt when men are talking.

Go play your music somewhere else.
