All I read and see in articles and TV, everyone who is barley talking about the Tennessee Titans always bringing up "when Kenny Britt is finally going to step up and explode" into a NFL prototypical wide out.....the funny thing is, we already found the "next, next" Kenny Britt (if there was every going to be one).....in a young receiver named is Kendal Wright....

The kid posted the "best" college statistics ANY Titan wide out "ever" drafted performed at, and quietly grabbed 64 balls for 4 TD's last year in a very (non-RG3) offense, that looked like pop-warner football at times last year, without anyone outside of Nashville noticing....I'll take Kendal Wright, Damian Williams and Justin Hunter (would love to keep Nate just for his hard work and determination) to date, if he were a few years younger, and be happy as a Titan fan and very excited about the future minus the "almost-ready Kenny Britt."

Worse case scenario, which as a Titan franchise will probably happen, Britt posts his best season as a Pro, is still under 25 and moves on to another team in 2014 and goes on to a Derrick Mason like career with the Colts, Texans or Ravens (with our Luck).....but maybe so will Kendal Wright as a Tennessee Titan....

When we win our first five games, then we will get the press. Until that happens, we don't exist in the 'analysts' world.

Well we really don't want him to explode...that would kill him. Honestly the thought of having many small pieces of Britt laying around would be quite bad. No but seriously, Britt will most likely move on and Hunter will be the next deep threat with Kendall being that smaller shiftier guy that converts 3rd down.

I know this is a KW thread but does anyone see a scenario where KB stays? I think if he plays well and stays healthy he could end up sticking for at least 1 more year with him being tagged or possibly a longer term deal. Seriously how much could he honestly ask for and actually get anywhere else? His price has to be somewhat reasonable given his history.

That's a legitimate point. He's not going to get paid the kind of money that Megatron would get...no matter how well he does this season. His baggage will hold him back quite a bit. Maybe we can get him cheap...who knows.

And as far as all this attention goes, I don't really care as long as were winning games. Screw the media right in the azz.

I think we'll tag Britt after this season.

Then let him walk the next year. He's not worth the risk.

Yea if Kenny stays healthy, as well as out of trouble, and produces on the field, he's back at least 1 more year.

Thing about Kenny Britt is there's only about 5 of him out there. It's not every day a 6'3" 218lb WR comes along, lots of big bodied WR's, but very very few who have the size and the skills to have 200-yards and 3 TD's in a game. Kenny gives us that kind of player.

If a player produces on game day, he's usually worth the shenanigans, but thats only if he's making plays on Sundays.

Look on the bright side, if brittney did explode on the field, we would get wall to wall media coverage!
