Might want to look in to Ray Donovan right after Dexter. It's pretty good, although I'm not sure it will have the legs to go more than a couple of seasons.

It's on my long list of shows I want to check out. As for shows on Showtime, I'm way more into Homeland. It's probably my #2 behind BB... House of Cards would probably come in at #3.

I stayed tuned after BB and watched the premiere of Low Winter Sun... It might turn out to be a decent show.

AMC seems to be the king of TV shows these days.

LWS defintaly got a bunch of stuff going on right from the start

FWIW they should discover it was no suicide as the water in the lungs is different (from a sink at a restuarant as opposed too river water) Once a cop is murdered, even in Detroit, there will have too be a perp identified

It is a great show but I personally think Game of Thrones is best show ever made. And the main reason you can't compare the two shows is GOT is not on regular restricted cable channel. So you get the REAL experience will nudity, f bombs, and real violence. Plus the story is original fantasy idea. Not just another drug push bad guy good guy show. I think you can make an argument that The Wire was a better similar type show for the same reasons being on HBO over AMC

Did you seriously watch BB out of order?

Wow. That may have ruined it.

BB is a very original idea... One of the most creative shows out there. Nudity and F bombs don't make or break a show. Game of Thrones tries to hard to get nudity in on every episode... To be honest with you, I don't get the GoT hype. I'm not into all that fantasy/adventure stuff though. I maybe made it to S2:E7 without ever once being hooked.

As for The Wire, again I personally don't understand what's so amazing about the show. I'm on S2:E3, so maybe it gets better? It has been unbelievably slow and painfully boring so far IMO. And what's funny is it was recommended to me by a friend who refuses to invest time in BB because he thinks it will move to slow and be boring.

FWIW, there are plenty of BB episodes with the F bomb and a couple with nudity - they just can't be broadcast on TV like that. But in all seriousness, who cares about that other than 12 year olds? I remember if a movie had tits in it when I was in 6th grade it was a masterpiece. Then I stopped caring when I was 15 because (1) I had seen a lot of porn, (2) I had a girlfriend, and (3) there were parties.

You probably like GoT just for the nudity... the male genitalia nudity. :troll:

Yep. You ruined it. That is more tragic than genocide.
