They better feed that guy Lobster 3 times a day all week long.

    All you can eat.

Verner's like a sponge. Wouldn't be surprised if he gets another pick. Expecting another big game from McCourty too. Hope to see our corners cover well, and our safeties play good coverage and knock the ish out of anybody coming across the middle. Hope Pollard unleashes on one of them.

We should sign Albert Hayneswerth for one week just so Schaub has a restless night before gameday.

I see both offenses moving the ball via the run. Keys to the game IMO:

    1) Which O can execute or which D can defend 3rd down passing better

    2) Who wins the turnover battle.

    3) Who avoids injuries.

Other than that, I see this thing being straight up even.

I agree with all of that but I would say 3rd down efficiency is probably the most important to keep drives alive and the get points!

I agree with the guys on 104.5 The Zone... the Titans defended the run pretty good last season - and the D was awful.

Now, the D is much better.

    So, there's that.

One thing I noticed throughout the game the Texans had against the Chargers. Watt was moved all over the line to disrupt Rivers. I expect to see alot more of that. Especially against a young somewhat inexperienced Locker.

I just hope our Coaching staff is working on quick outlets. Locker got frustrated and alot of his over/underthrows were due to pressure he was being over anxious about. Hopefully he will have settled down a bit this week. We need him to be cool under pressure and whoever lines up opposite Watt to double team accordingly.

With Gregg Williams at the helm, I like our chances of winning that battle. :beerbang:

I would like to see us take more shots deep this week two. Particularly off play action.

And if I were munch, I'd be finding out if any of my backs can throw. Can you imagine, on our thirtieth carry, if cj or battle threw a bomb...

I heard Ropati on the radio today talking about how his main job this week is to make it tough for Daniels to get a free release when he is lined up on the LOS and of course to stuff the run. If he can get a push and turn the run back inside then it actually will limit the cut back lanes because we won't be spread out as much. I love the fact that we actually might make it tough for a TE to get into their route.

Locker is going to have to get rid of the ball quick and I doubt he's going to have time or even the chance to throw the ball deep many times. Quick routes and getting the ball in space will be key for the passing game. Hopefully Wright is healthier because I think he has a huge game.
