Like Minnesota? Jacksonville? Oakland? St. Louis?

It's almost always a crap shoot drafting a QB. For every Luck who enters the league, there are five Lockers.

4-12 is Top-5. It's hard for me to root against the Titans, but man we're at a low right now. A high draft pick for a QB would be awesome, although i'm sure we'll take the wrong QB.

What we need is a new OC, thats a much easier slot to fill than HC.

Highly doubt we go that route with this new Tommy Smith guy. He doesn't have the balls to cut loose Mike Munchak.

Officially earned the injury prone title. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he's missed MORE THAN HALF of the games since he's been the "starter" for two years? Wow..

Always defended this guy but I'm done. From a skill point of view, I still believe he would have been the franchise QB. But he clearly can NOT stay healthy. Never will.

    Time to move on.. Draft..

yesterday before he got hurt he lacked skills. That throw in to triple coverage was beyond comprehensible. You would think 3 years in he would not make that mistake as well as his overthrows are horrendously horrible.

Being a bit harsh on Locker maybe? I know the dude can't stay healthy, but he's been a solid QB who showed great promise this season before he got injured. He'd easily be a franchise QB if he could keep himself in one piece.

But I agree about QBs.. Franchises have gone decades and decades without great QBs. It's tough to get a good enough draft stock to take the best rookie QB, and even if you do, he could turn out to be a Jamarcus Russel. Meanwhile, some random team snags a Russel Wilson out of the third round. It's tough.

How does anyone know at this point what Smith will or will not do? I look at this two ways. I am a believer in keeping a staff together for a long haul. Changing coaches every 3 years will not breed consistency. On the other hand, Munchak doesn't bring a new perspective Imo.If a change was gonna be made, then change. A new voice, a new philosophy. If we were gonna just promote from within, then we shoulda just kept Fish. I grew up a Broncos fan. When they fired Dan Reeves, they brought in a coach with polar opposite philosophy. That's what has to happen here. JMO.
