Has Munch been unlucky this season?

    Fans overestimate their effect on the actual football being played. Yes fans are a huge source of revenue but aside from that they really don't affect the game much aside from crowd noise in some stadiums. Fans think they are more important than they are because nfl players and staff feel the need to kiss their ass by telling them how important they are.Of course the endgame is to bleed them dry as much as they can. Most fans I've met are doom and gloom fairweather fools who throw childish tantrums when their team loses.Not you guys though, most people on here are pretty cool :).

    Yeah, I've repeated myself a lot too. We're mostly preaching to the choir.


    You know when fans take time out of their day to come on a board like this to stay informed and discuss the franchise, they care. Tempers may flare here during the rough days, but at the end of the day we're all in the same family. Real fans do more than just watch the games on TV and b*tch on facebook about how bad they are. I freaking love this place lol.

    Nope Mariani is fine and even if his shoulder is hurt he would be a better returner than anyone on this squad. Say what you want but this coaching staff is ignorant and if you think anything else you're oblivious to the talent that this team has.

    ^ The rare triple post. Someone is a bit upset. If Mariani's shoulder was "fine", wouldn't he have been removed from IR Recall? Especially given how terrible our returners have been? Our coaching staff was willing to throw a hobbling Locker in against San Fran because they were desperate. I think if Mariani had even the slightest chance of playing this season, they would have activated him. Makes sense, doesn't it?

    I'm not satisfied with our past 3 years. The two of us place the blame differently.. that does not mean that either of us are satisfied. We have different ideas of what is best for this franchise. Do you see the difference now?

    Mariani would be gone if not for being on IR. In the beginning of the season, who exactly would you have cut for a second return man who was looking like he would miss the first 4-5 weeks of the season?

    You want to talk about a retarded coach... cut someone from our roster to have a 2nd returner. Thats about as dumb of a roster move as you can have. Especially considering he was already coming off of a major injury.

    You can say "nope" all you want. However you are just a pissed off fan. These other guys do it for a living.

    20th in kick returns

    Maybe not so impressive..... but if he averages 3 yards more per attempt... hes in the top 10

    I know that 3 yards is still 3 yards. But no one could anticipate that Reynaud would become an complete idiot and forget how to do the only thing that kept him in the NFL.
