    "....must make the playoffs to keep your job". Isn't that basically what the late Bud told Munch? With a new person sitting on the throne, does that still stand? What are the odds that he stays if we make it to 500?
    It's my opinion but, I think we need to let him go. I know, "Who can replace him?". I'm not sure. The Eagles turned loose of Andy Reid. Kansas City asks, "Hows that workin for ya!". Maybe, with Bud no longer on the throne, we can locate a new coach that has;
    1. Never played for the Titans or Oilers
    2. Has never coached for the Titans or Oilers
    3. Has no connection to the Titans organization
    That would be a start.
    If they decide to stick with Munch, they need to let Bruce Matthews retire with some dignity. You have a big mean 2012 4th round pick at center, next to him is a 1st rounder and a 45 million dollar man. Roos and Stewart speak for themselves. But our OLine gets pushed around by a pieced together Jags DLine. Someone should have seen the door after that game.
    To me, again, IMO, we come out with a good game plan that works, sometimes. Then, at half time, the other team makes adjustments, but we fail to do so. We stick to the same plan and do nothing but continue kicking a dead horse.
    Who is Rusty Smith and why is he on this team? We have so much faith in this guy that we brought in another backup? Three years we have paid this professional football player who we really don't trust with a football.
    Skelton? Someone said it best, "Desperate teams do desperate things."
    I listen to 104.5 a lot and I've heard them speak about "cancer in the locker room". Something they quote Pollard and Fokou talking about. Any ideas as to whom the cancer(s) is? Speaking of Pollard, when is he going to learn to play 2013 football instead of 1970s football? The aggressiveness is nice but, he's doing more damage than good.
    This Titans team looks good on paper.

    I believe the front office will fire Munch if we do not make the playoffs... because that is what I want to believe. I do not want to entertain the thoughts that will make me irate that he is kept around if we are 8n8.

    I feel confident that the Broncos is a loss. The other games it depends on how we play cause I think we can beat any of those opponents but have zero faith we will beat all 5 and feel very doubtful we will beat 4 of them.

    Honest prediction for me is a win against Jags and Texans and the other 4 are losses. Hard to feel any different after last two games, and Cardinals are looking better.

    I feel with Bud gone Munch's job is less safe.
    1. Everyone involved in the promotion of Munch to HC is gone -- Mike Reinfeldt, Steve Underwood and Bud. There is no one left who will feel as though they are admitting failure if they fire Munch
    2. People like Bud, old school captains of industry, place a very high value on loyalty. Bud would be willing to give a guy like Munch another chance. Someone who has been with him over thirty years. And someone who, until he was made HC, was among the best ever in the positions he filled. It would take a lot for Bud to consent to firing Munch

    cardinals game is going to be tougher than I thought. At first I though it would be a win but after watching us the last two weeks and they do play well it could very well be a L.
