You never know with QB. But this class at least seems to be loaded.

To be honest, i'm not really sold on any of them. There is potential and depth, but do we have any star QBs in this draft? Most of the QBs have some significant flaws. Not to mention, we don't have a 3rd round pick. Titans will be drafting somewhere around 10, you can bet that 1-3 QBs will already be drafted by then.

If I had to chose a QB right now, i'm going with Derek Carr.

Chucky Gruden would believe it. Hear him talk about the QBs going into each draft? He makes it sound like there will be 5-10 future HoF QBs coming out of every draft.

I'm not sold on any of this years QBs as being legit NFL starters much less stars. Manziel has the biggest hype around him and he just doesn't appear to be the real deal. Bridgewater and Hundley are the only guys I think might be aight NFL QBs eventually but definitely not right away.

As for the SEC likes of Mettenberger, McCarron and Murray I am not sold at all.

I'm much more on board with signing a seasoned vet that can come in and legitimately challenge Jake for the starting spot. I'd take Cutler or Schaub but I'd really rather we make a play for Big Ben.

God no. Can we please stay away from QB purgatory types?

Just draft one in the second.

Again, QB is just so ridiculously hard to predict. All you can really do is do as much research as possible then make your best educated guess and hope for the best. If we all honestly listed the college QBs we thought would and would not be successful over the past decade we'd all look pretty stupid.

Example: I wanted us to draft locker.

I was also sold on Russell Wilson coming out of Wisconsin. I thought kaepernick had such an ugly release he wouldn't translate to the pros. Cam is starting to prove me wrong. No one wanted gabbert so he doesn't count. I was also a huge VY fan at Texas.

I am very intrigued by Manziel. Drafting him could be boom or bust. His intangibles remind me of many of the greats. I would hate to pass on him and watch him become a star for another team. The questions about his arm strength and size have been overcome in qbs like brees and Wilson. I have never seen a a qb with more lateral quickness which is essential for buying time. also no one has more toughness, determination, or football iq. his personality problems mean nothing to me as long as I know no one wants to win more than him. I also love the way he works on his craft in the offseason which he has been doing since high school. Personally I don't think I would pass on him in the draft.
