Luck: can run but is not a typical dual threat QB.

Rg3 sucks. Kaepernick inherited a SB team. RG3 does suck.

Russell Wilson has been good, but he is 2 seasons into his career. If one of the prototypical running qbs ever does anything of interest, ill be on board. Running is a great bonus, it cannot be half of your game, and expect to last in the nfl.

Oh and how could I forget about cam? Man you are delusional if u think dual threat qbs can't win in this league. All the players I named(apart from rg3 who doesn't suck btw) are on winning teams. And yes, luck is very much dual threat. I think you're confusing dual threat with running qb. Example, the guys I named are dual threat. Vick, tebow and vince young are running. Manziel fits into the first category.

Part of me says "HECK NO" and yet, part of me is intrigued by him. I just wonder if he has the right head on his shoulders. That goes beyond immaturity. He could walk away from the NFL at any given moment and still be set for life because of his parents. Does that effect his mentality once he reaches the highest level? Naturally, I'm making mountains out of mole hills but that thought has crossed my mine. I believe we take a different route.. What that route is, I don't know.

If we decide to go back to being a run first team, then I wouldn't be opposed to mccarron in the 4th. If we continue to be a more pass heavy offense then mccaron would be a waste of a pick. I'm definitely not opposed to just snatching the best available qb in the 4th and giving locker one last chance though.
