It was pretty good, but it wasn't a laugh out loud comedy. I could see how it would be a very uncomfortable two hours for people who aren't ok with sex being a part of life. You know those people exist, which is sad.

Don Jon was good except for Julienne Moore who is as attractive as a dog walking backwards.

    Just not pretty, at all.

That was kind of the point though, right?

You have the drop dead gorgeous girl who has no personality and is demanding as **** because she knows men will walk backwards for her and then the ugly older woman whom Don Jon has a connection.

    Oh yea totally the point.

Hot chick was a bïtch and tried to change him.

Average older chick accepted him for who he was and made him better.

    Good message.

    Hot chick turned him beta

Forgot about Place Beyond the Pines and Mud.

Idk how I forgot them considering I own both, and they were my favorites of the year until Prisoners, Gravity, and 12 Years a Slave. Gravity was excellent in 3D, and I feel like it's one of those movies that has to be seen in theaters for the experience. It won't be the same at home unless you have a massive theater setup with a 3D TV.

What's funny is that the general public would have no idea about Place Beyond the Pines, Mud, and Prisoners.

I've also heard great things about Fruitvale Station, which I will see when it's released to redbox.

There are some others out there as well.
