For all those fans who are wondering if we improved, or if we're not trying, or if we're any good...

we won... and we're not the Bears...

I definitely think Forum crybaby levels are at an all-time high.

I'm happy my team won. I don't think it will make a difference on Munch staying as I think he is gone regardless.

Titan suck is at an all-time high too. The two go hand in hand.

Direct? - No, of course not.

But he said that the Titans is a winning organization. Titans hasn't been winning under Munchak.

Did you not call the game "meaningless"? It wasn't for the reasons I stated. But no one who knows the NFL should see yesterday's win as anything more than one below average team beating a worse one.

If it somehow makes TS think Munch is his guy for next season, then that is a TS problem.

I meant meaningless as far as playoff implications go. And that is really what it's all about at the end of the day. Playoffs.

You're right though. These last two games shouldn't have any effect on Tommy Boy's decision one way or the other. But we really know very little/next-to-nothing about the guy. So IMO we can't completely rule it out. 6-10 probably won't cut it. But if we beat Houston and end up 7-9 it's not too difficult for me to imagine him letting Munch play out the final year of his contract.

I guess we'll find out soon enough. Hopefully he really is the "results oriented" guy he says he is.

Not for me. The Titans wouldn't be more than one and done in the playoffs. It's about competing for a shot at the Super Bowl and the Titans don't have the talent to even be in the discussion right now.

Dumping Munch solves little without some major improvements at DE, LB, RB and QB next season. And that's assuming they sign Casey and Verner.

Exactly. Being results-oriented means taking emotion out of the equation. He can love Munch as a person who is a franchise legend and dedicated coach but feel he isn't the right person to lead this team to the next level. Or, it can mean he's willing to deal with emotional fans by keeping Munch because he knows the current talent on this roster is the real issue and that he's going to need to focus on improving his early-round draft results and getting a few key free agents.

Fisher's last year I would say was the all time high. Or the year before we ended up with VY. We will end up with 7 wins this year. Sucks but not an all time high.

I agree that should be the ultimate goal. But when it's been 5 straight years of no playoffs, even a one-and-done appearance would be appreciated. At least by me.

Sure. I don't think anyone is arguing that the struggles of this team are 100% on coaching and there aren't improvements that could be made on the roster.

Here's a crazy idea, why not improve both (coaching and player personnel)???

It doesn't have to be just one or the other.
