No. I'm north of the border and honestly much of the joy in cycling for me lies in the solitude and personal challenge. I suck as a cycling partner. I was putting in 40 to 60km a day, but have backed way off due to the winter weather. I once went three years without missing a day, but a few nasty spills, and broken bones have really curtailed my winter cycling ways.

Yeah..idk what to do at this point. I took 3 months off hoping that it would heal, and the first time back it immediately began hurting again. No amount of stretching and taking fish oil is helping either.

It's completely rough bro. I took about a year off. Totally screwed my ****.

I started BJJ and the continuous flexing/tightening of the upper half of the body made a difference. It was the first thing that really started to show improvement. Unconventional af but it worked.

I still feel it when I lift though. Still really Leary of it

I've had people suggest that I get surgery, but idk about that one. I probably just need to drop heavy weight all together. But that's some bull.

That's basically what I did. I didn't get surgery. I wore a brace for about 4 months. Basically couldn't use it while doing a construction job... Bro.. Idk how I even did anything at that job

I used to have a large list too. But now I have it narrowed down to:
    WTF
    Nerdist
    Indoor Kids
    By the Way
    Startalk Radio

    I used to listen to:
    Comedy Bang Bang
    Doug Loves Movies
    Pod F Tomcast
    Fitzdog Radio
    Smodcast
Jay and Silent Bob Get Old
    Rich Eisen
Move the Sticks (wish he still did this one, it was great)
.... and probably several more I can't think of right now.

^Nothing wrong with any of those. It was just getting too hard to keep up with everything so I decided to just stick to the absolute faves.

WTF is probably my favorite overall but tbh lately many of the guests have been underwhelming (to be expected I guess). I listened to every episode up until probably around episode 250-ish. But now I only listen to the episodes with a guest who interests me. Same goes for Nerdist. Another big part of that is that I used to have a long commute 5 days a week and now I only do it 2 days. So I'm not in the car nearly as long as I used to, and as a result my podcast-listening time has taken a significant hit.

I really need a good football podcast in my life. Maybe I'll give Rich Eisen another shot.

Yes, both. Its surprising that I enjoy it so much.

Even the hull is individually planked with very small pieces of wood. (about 5 MM wide)

Very tedious, time consuming, and you have to be patient. However when you step back and say "i built that".. really cool. Plus, everyone who I have shown the kit to says "holy ****.... i dont see how you do it" Lots of working with really small parts. Ill post some pics of the kit later.
