I just got on here to say the same exact thing.

Ruston was asked about Jake's future and he said he'd have the opportunity to compete and establish himself. When asked about CJ immediately after the Locker question he said he still had to talk to the coaching staff about the personnel. CJ's gone unless he restructures.

19 underclassmen RBs have declared so far. There is ridiculous depth in this class.

Yessir. The WR number is like 26? I think.

I like it... sort of. If we do, we should definitely target Ben Tate. Shouldn't cost as much as a premiere back but should give us solid production.

I just wonder if he won't command almost Shonn Greene money since he is young and has shown potential. I'd rather see us get a D'anthony Thomas and use him like they did Danny Woodhead with Greene as the between the tackles guy.

Ben Tate would be a terrific land. Still just 25 years of age. Lowest YPC 4.3 (twice) and 5.4. If his market is too high, Joique Bell out of DET is an intriguing option.

I got a text from my Rams fan friend the other day. He asked if there's any real possibility that CJ2K gets cut, I told him it's about 50/50 right now... but very possible. He then asked if he could see him being traded. Which, really got me thinking. I wonder what type of value we could get for CJ, even if we took a hit for a portion of his contract this year. What round would he net, i'd guess a 4th? 3rd tops?

I already stated before, I'd be shoppin dude for a third.

Even if it meant eating some of his contract.

My favorite later round RB prospect is Marion Grice, from Arizona St. Good size (6'0 207) & decent speed (4.5). He's one of those dual RBs that can catch and run. Through his 2 starting years Grice has 91 catches for 863 yards and 14 touchdowns. He then rushed for 1675 yards, 5.7 YPC, 25 TDs in two seasons.

He missed the final 3 games due to a leg injury and will be 100% soon.

I've seen him anywhere from Early 3rd to Late 5th. I'm hoping we can pick him up with our 4th round pick.
