Of all the new head coaches that were hired this offseason, who do you think has made the best hires? Here is a look at the new coaches and their coordinators:

    Houston Texans:
    Head Coach: Bill O'Brien
    Offensive Coordinator: No hire made
    Defensive Coordinator: Romeo Crennel

Note: Eric Mangini has been linked to the OC job but the Texans may not hire an OC at all.

    Washington Redskins:
    Head Coach: Jay Gruden
    Offensive Coordinator: Sean McVay
Defensive Coordinator: Jim Haslet (retained from old staff)

Note: Jay Gruden kept a lot of the members of the old Redskin staff. Including a lot of position coaches and I believe there new offensive coordinator was the Redskin's TE coach last year.

    Tennessee Titans:
    Head Coach: Ken Whisenhunt
    Offensive Coordinator: Jason Micheal
    Defensive Coordinator: Ray Horton

    Detriot Lions:
    Head Coach:Jim Caldwell
Offensive Coordinator: Joe Lombardi (Vince Lombardi's grandson)
    Defensive Coordinator: Teryl Austin

    Minnesota Vikings:
    Head Coach: Mike Zimmer
    Offensive Coordinator: Norv Turner
    Defensive Coordinator: George Edwards

    Cleveland Browns:
    Head Coach: Mike Pettine
    Offensive Coordinator: No hire made
    Defensive Coordinator: No hire made

Well obviously the Titans board is going to say the Titans, considering no one knows who half of the other guys are.

Nah Jason Michael keeps us from winning this debate

For now I have to say Zimmer has done the best job as far as coordinators go.

I think Whiz has done an excellent job of getting the guys that he wanted. I have no idea who our OC is, but it doesn't seem like it matter much since Whiz will be running the offense. But Horton as DC and getting some really experienced coaches (Mularky, etc.) to accept position coaching jobs... well let's just say, I've been impressed so far.

I like how NFL.com didn't even have the Titans and Whiz as an option. Scumbag NFL.com. Apparently, two rookies (Pettine and Gruden) are more notable than a veteran head coach who has been actually to a Superb Owl. :irked:

That's pretty dumb. The only one you could even argue from that list that is better than Whiz is Lovie.

Obviously us. We have a former HC and OC as our TE coach for crying out loud.
