Dude, exactly how I feel. Face value for my Titans tix were $92 this past season. Its clear most fans who are saying they would only pay $200 don't currently have season tix to their team or they would know its simply not possible the f'ing SUPER BOWL is like $100 more. Heck, my same seats at a Cowboys game face value is $250!! LOL

    Yes. I'm going. Period.

There's no way I can justify not going. I'll sell my organs if that's what it takes.

I certainly won't pay what my family paid when we went 14 years ago, but I'm going even if I have to fork over all my money. I'm broke right now and probably will be until I graduate, so it'd be tough, but I'd find a way.

If your team makes it to the Super Bowl you better do everything you can to be there. You may not be alive for the next one. Once in a lifetime opportunity for many teams/fans.

I don't care where I sit. I'll buy the cheap tickets.

I knew I was taking a jab with that statement. But how is the opinion weak when you can clearly see a difference in fan diehardness between myself (who would take out a loan) and JCBRAVE (who would sell a kid) and those who seem to think of the SB as any other game.

I grew up a BIG Braves fan, about as much as I am a Titans fan now only I was a kid, so I was limited by how much you can be a fan not being an adult. I remember watching them finally win the World Series in 1995 after they failed to win it 2 previous times. And while I enjoyed the win. I know it would have been WAY better seeing it happen in person.

Again, I can't see why anyone who has been caring THIS MUCH about the Titans wouldnt want to say they were there when they won their first Super Bowl. Considering its already been 54 years.

But I wanted to post a thread like to see where everyone was on this topic.

I think seeing a fairly laid back city like Nashville go crazy would be a far more memorable experience. Talk about an after party.

**** yes I'm going. Ill do whatever I could to get the money. Sell organs, get a loan, get a second mortgage on the house. Anything. I am not missing the Titans in the Super Bowl.

I would do the same to go to every home game if the Cubs ever make the World Series

Because the actual experience would be ****ing BORING. Unless you are surrounded by fans of the actual team, why the hell would you even want to go?

Have you ever been to a concert and the people around have free tickets or something or not be familiar with the band? It sucks and takes away from the experience. I think being surrounded by hundreds, maybe thousands, of other Titans fans would be epic in the event of a win.

Its not like you are meeting the team or anything.
