Its because he is Italian I am sure.

Vaguely. I think Murray has more arm talent and better overall athletic ability, even when Hass was younger.

That is what I am saying. I don't see why the hardest working, and smartest QB prospect isn't getting more attention.

Is it the injury? He is a bit of a risk considering he cannot be fully evaluated.

Injury and size. That is literally it. If he was not injured and he was 3 inches taller he'd be the #1 QB taken IMO.

The size thing gets me every time. People continue to fail to realize that big size does not automatically translate into NFL success.

Bortles is considered the #1 QB because...

    Size. That is all.

He is having a pro day, and I am sure he is throwing. He isn't a running QB so it isn't like his 40 is going to be all that important. Even before the draft he was still regarded as a third round pick, I just don't understand it.

Isn't he compared to Locker almost every time someone brings it up? Its just insane how at the end of the season Bortles comes out of no where to be the best QB and now Bridgewater might be the third taken. Blows my mind.

Well, imagine how upset you would be if you were a Clemson fan. Taj Boyd was once considered a first round prospect.

Bortles is a taller, less athletic, weaker armed version of Locker. Yes.

I was a Boyd fan until about mid way through the season, that guy plummeted.

I just saw most people project him as a 6th-7th rounder now, wow.

Boyd is easily worth a shot in the 7th if he's there.

I don't think he'll be any good and never really did, but at the 7th round he's definitely worth it IMO.
