Nope & didn't say I did. I said I have not watched enough of his tape to know yet. I also said that I would not let him being 6'1" stop me from drafting him high if I liked him. Specifically for the guys I listed. If you knew you were getting that type of guy you would take them in the 1st regardless of height, wouldn't you??? Would be silly to pass on that much production, just because they are not a certain height. Where they were initially drafted does not matter to me. The point is if people knew they would be productive they would not worry about height.

All that said, you have to like what he does not how tall he is. Just IMO.

Remember, players are projections. if you give a guy a 20% chance to succeed, on avg, 1 in 5 of those guys will succeed. Doesn't mean all of them should have been drafted in round 1. Also, some players need development and the right system/QB. Brown only had 1 1000 yard season his first 3 years in the league and it took him 5 years to get 10+ TD's in a season. That doesn't mean you look at his height, weight, speed, colle stats and say the next guy like him should go in rnd 1.

A lot of shake out will happen after the combine when all of these guys are measured and they all run and go through the drills.

Pretty heavy on OT there. I like Scherff, but if we took an OT in the 1st, i'd flip. Not again.

Updating my list to include Mariota. I'm going back and forth on him, but I think he's smart enough to run a pro-style offense and I think he's going to impress the heck out of teams at the combine this week.

    1. Jameis Winston
    2. Marcus Mariota
    3. Leonard Williams
    4. Shane Ray
    5. Danny Shelton
    6. Randy Gregory

    Wait.

You just said in another thread that Gregory is a bust and you'd hate the pick. Now you have him rated as the sixth best player in the draft.

I put him there for realistic purposes.. I don't quite think Ray or Beasley will be valued higher than Gregory.. I personally prefer Ray and even Dupree to Gregory, but I wanted to insert some realism. Heck, after Beasley's weigh in today, I prefer him to Gregory also.
