Taking a poll to see where we stand as a gotitans nation. Assuming Garrett is gone. Answer poll please and thank you. Votes will not be visible to public so don't worry about shame. Name who if other please.

    I voted for Marson Lattimore.

Malik Hooker, Jamal Adams or Jonathan Allen also make sense. Allen isn't a need, but may be too good to pass on.

I won't throw my remote at the television if they pick Howard, Williams or Davis, but 5 may be rich for those 3.

If we take any offensive players other than Howard or Davis at five I'll lose it. Thomas, Reddick, Allen, and Hooker would be fine if we go defense. Adams is good but seems redundant.

I vote Lattimore. We need a CB, he's ranked well above the rest.

You can't behind Mike Williams at 5, but Reddick at 5 is fine?

I really have a hard time choosing between Howard, Hooker and Davis.

I voted Howard because I think he is the safest pick. He is a complete player with freakish athletic ability who fills a need.

I won't complain if we get ourselves another "freak". Hooker has monstrous hands and great instincts and athletic ability. The only part of his game that I don't like is that he isn't very physical in the run game.

Davis sure looks like the real deal. Would love to have his 40 time and 3 cone times. I'm just not a fan of drafting WRs early. I think a smart good qb can make up for a stud wr.

Yeah just not the biggest Mike Will fan. He made his living off contested catches in college. I think his production could be hard to replicate in the pros against even tighter coverage. There's no doubt he has strong hands, can block well, plus has elite size but his timed speed which is all over the place depending on where you look doesn't seem to translate to the field. Routes are teachable sure but he needs to really apply himself to the finer details of being a WR. Classic boom or bust.

I can't see us taking him with all the talk of wanting polished players. Mularkey and JRob have harped on the intracacies of the position. They were pretty harsh on our WR groups inconsistencies in route running and it got a coach fired.

Haha Howard is the only offensive player I would take over him. I think he has a two fold effect on this team because of his blocking and receiving ability. Being as committed as we are to the running game he seems like a better scheme fit on the surface. I still love Corey Davis and would be ecstatic if we landed either of them. Or both :)
