I am intrigued to see if we got Adams at 5 (with Latt off the board), and see Cyprien play nickel linebacker. We can have a lot of 3 Safety looks on the field.

I have watched a LOT on him - not an OSU fan but watched at least half of their games last year and watched as much tape on him as I can get my hands on.

Speed does not a CB make. Look at Dee Milliner, (the similarities between the two are kind of crazy) he ran the same exact 40 time and isn't in the league anymore after being taken in the top 10.

His injury history is my biggest concern though. I'm sure you've read recently about the concerns that GM's and scouts have recently voiced that they have serious doubts he can even make it through an entire season. Are you taking the chance on a player with injury history and 1 year of playing experience in the top 5?

Aside from that, I like Conley at 18 much better than Lattimore at 5. I don't see much difference between the two, besides a .07 difference in 40 time.

The 40 time difference and run support. Lattimore is stronger in run support. Coverage-wise, I am all in on Conley. Hope we trade back and nab him.

I kind of like what Reese said about FA, and it applies to the draft as well. In many cases, you can get a guy who can do nearly as much as the top guy for much less. If they can get another CB at 18 who can do nearly as much as a guy at 5, and subsequently one at 12 (via trade) who can do nearly as much as what a pick at 5 will afford you (or comparable, given the position they play), it's a smart transaction.

It all comes down to who the FO wants. I hope can get more picks and players for a relatively unsubstantial drop-off in quality.

Yeah, and none of them will cover anyone.

It's strange that you'd prefer someone to sit 20 yards from the LOS and miss tackles.

Versus a DB who can't cover? Awesome.

You're making an awfully big deal about two players I don't want.

Because you keep pedaling the same crap that's not true. If you don't want him, that's understandable. But saying Adams can't cover is complete crap, and it's getting obnoxious.

    Here's a tip for you.

You're worse than Adams in coverage and that's pretty ****ing awful.
