Once again, I love Lattimore's skillset, but those hamstrings?! :injured:

Because of this, Hooker will be the better pro player...BY FAR!!!

It seems that many of you really want Lattimore and don't seem too concerned about his history of hamstring issues, but honestly, I'll be really shocked if Lattimore ever completes more than one full season in the NFL.

He'll have to be a gym rat, condition the hell outta them and stick arduously to a nutrition program!

I think we are nuts to take Lattimore at #5!

I'd much rather see us take someone like Adams, Hooker or Howard at #5 and Conley at #18...or even Corey Davis at #18 and a CB in the 3rd.

Better still, trade down a few picks to a team looking to move up to take a QB, grab a 2nd rounder, take Adams, Hooker or Howard (if they are still on the board), grab Conley at #18 and a WR in the 2nd like Zay Jones, Chris Godwin or Schuster.

dude.... he didnt miss a game last season

u fools hyping up these hamstring injuries....

however, i cant argue that hooker might be better... but we desperately need CB, not so much S

The CB pool at #18 isn't going to be as rich as y'all think..

"Pass Latt, take a S at 5. Get Conley 18." ... Guess what, Conley's not going to be there at 18..... nor is White... or King.

I really wish people would get off S. LB was more likely longer than S was....

I bet that at least 2 of those 3 will be there at #18 if not all 3! And I also won't be surprised if Lattimore slides out of the top 10 because of the hamstring concerns!

    We shall see!!!

Saying the guy had 1 healthy season after missing most of the 2 previous seasons isn't a shining endorsement. Not to mention what he missed in high school.

And I'm not sure I agree that CB is the bigger issue, especially in our D. Safety is far more critical, especially in a Dick Lebeau system IMHO.

it is but we currently have only 1 starting caliber CB whereas we have arguably 3 starting caliber S

I totally agree with that. But I believe that the talent level and potential is much higher with Adams and Hooker versus the CB position in this draft -- strictly from a BPA point of view. I believe that after Garrett, Hooker and Adams are the 2 most talented players in this draft without baggage. And, I'm not alone in this thinking as many draft scouts have those 2 in their top 4 (most with either Solomon Thomas or Jon Allen).

I'm not saying Lattimore isn't a gifted talent, but with his history, he's just too risky to take at #5.

I'm looking at how to best improve the Titans and I really feel like we'd be better served by taking Adams or Hooker at #5 and a CB at #18 or later.

The gap from Adams and Hooker to the next safety is much greater than the gap between Lattimore and the next CB, especially once you consider the injury history.

But I agree, we desperately need to address the corner position! I'm not thrilled about going into the season with Sims and co. at right corner.

A dude that can't bend over to tie his shoes without pulling his hamstring vs a guy with two postseason surgeries after starting one year.

Do they even have a strength and conditioning coach at OSU?

I question just how much Hooker loves the game of football.
