Pre-Game Thread Game 1: Raiders @ Titans

My Lodi feeds were terrible most of the day, couldn't get the Titans feed, but I got Red Zone in french. Curious why Murry is starting over Henry. Murry just doesn't have burst anymore. Also the onsides kick was a terrible call. Even if it worked I would have never called it.

Henry doesn't look any better to be honest.

 

The o-line didnt give them any lot of room anyways...

 

That's disconcerting. Honestly I think the Raiders are a bit overrated. I don't think they get to 12 wins again, but they will make the playoffs.

 

Can't believe all that negativity here. Sure the coaching sucks big time and things went wrong. But also saw big improvements from last year. O-line is not in shape, but they can't suddenly much worse than last year. It'll come around. next week will be crucial tough

 

Henry and Murray looked bad even when they had open holes in front of them.

Murray clearly looks old and washed up.

As for Henry, his mentality is that he needs to run for 64 yards a carry. He needs to learn he's not in high school or at Alabama anymore. He just needs to focus on getting them tough 4-5 yards.

 

This game was lost due to poor coaching (offensive play calling and game plan primarily) and terrible tackling.

Secondary was ok (not great/not terrible), but the garbage tackling by everyone cost at least 5 first downs. That is huge.

Clean-up the tackling and get a new O-coordinator and this is an entirely different team.

 

If we can't run on the Raiders, we are doomed.
