Post-Game Thread Titans 37, Jaguars 16

Was down at the game.....and oh how satisfying it was to watch the Jags fans just totally go ballistic as Bortles was being Bortles. The Jags fans were totally pumped for this game and really felt they were going to pummel us. I wore my 1999 Playoffs shirt and had fun reminding them that the only 3 losses they had that year where at the hands of the Titans. Wish I had a recording of some of the post game call in radio stuff...it was hilarious. Proud of the way that our boys responded in the 2nd half. Looking forward to re-watching the game. Seemed to me that Byard had a really solid game.

So what happened between the 1st half and the 2nd half?

1st half we had like 10 yards and looked like explosive diarrhea

Actually, Henry ran the ball in the first half and couldn't get anything going either.

The defense- that to date- has been the ONLY defense Henry can run to the edge against wasn't tired??

I get it. You like Henry. And you will until he struggles against a fresh D... then you'll sh*t on the guy for being who he is. When it was your fault for not analyzing properly.

 

What? Are you suggesting Derrick Henry isn't good? I already conceded that the Jags were gassed, but you seem to be trying to say Henry's not good. That's ridiculous. WTH is wrong wit you if you don't like Henry?

 

Not saying he's not good at all. I think he is good. And I'm happy that he looks ready to take over when the time comes.

Just noting people overhyping his performance acting like he's better than Murray.

Henry looked good starting at the 6 min mark in the 3rd quarter.

Hardly the same as bruising the D early when the box was stacked.
