Offense moving forward....

    Until the middle of the OL gets its act together we really need to go to the short passing game as the basis of our offense. Ben Jones and company just got dominated again...if it wasn't just losing 1:1 match ups it was just totally blowing assignments. When the RBs are getting nailed several yards deep in the backfield the issue comes down to horrible OL play. You might not like the play calling of Robiskie but his calls aren't what are putting us in 2nd and long situations. That falls on the horrible play of the OL.

    After the bye we will have Davis back and then it is time to spread the field and let MM carve up the Ravens defense. The OL has been doing a decent job in pass protection. Time to build a lead by throwing the ball and then if we have to late in the game run the ball to eat up the clock.

    Yea I guess if you want to pretend its not the coaches you could point to the half dozen blown plays in the redzone yesterday.

    It's amazing how much better of a qb wentz is than mariota. he even looks like a better runner and scrambler. Dude can actually make blitzers miss and tacklers miss down the field running. Sad that we traded the pick that would have finally got us a true franchise qb

    I hope dumb fawk Robiskie is watching MNF and seeing how two teams operate in the redzone. Hmmm, what a concept, bring out 3 or 4 wideouts and pass it in. Yup, no stupid shuffle passes up the middle or coming out of the huddle with just 1 WR target.

    Wentz is far and away a superior QB. Even Goff is better than Mariota this season. Who would have thought that.

    Watch when Marcus doesn't resign here because he doesn't want to play for dip chit coaches, he gets a real coach and he will be lights out.
