yeah i think ms said the red ring of death was over besides the old 360's.

after all they rushed the 360 out to beat sony to the market, so far it has paid off.

Gunny, please provide some sort of link that says the RROD is continuing with the new 360s.

You are not naive and you are not stupid, we both know RROD still exists. It certainly isn't anywhere near as bad as it was but it certainly isn't completely gone.

As for Natal, I haven't had a chance to see it in action but I am very interested in what it can do.

Microsoft did a good job securing Metal Gear 5. I certainly cannot wait for it.

If they can do motion capture now to make these games, they ought to be able to get this technology to work. To me, it's an easy leap with computing power.

Do I want it? Probably. I don't like the idea of getting off my sofa. But honestly, how long can I go befor pushing colored buttons gets old and meaningless. The real limitation is space. We are going to need devoted game rooms to make this really work. I'm all for it though. I think it is the right direction to go. This will bring you into the game.

For Madden, this would make being a qb so much easier. I can't always hit the right button with the right touch. But I know how to throw a football without even thinking about it.

But what about all of the nerds who play video games because they can't throw a football?

    Like Kige Ramsey...

If I understand the concept (I have yet to watch the videos of Natal) won't you need a bit of space for it to work?

lol, It still exists because people still have old consoles. I'm pretty sure the problem is gone.

my question is this...with natal..how do you tackle in madden??? is it full on contact.

and on a quick side note...
i love to play video games. i play on all systems even the old nes. but here is my issue...systems like wii, this new natal thing...it is helping people lead a "fat" life style. when i play video games, it is to sit down and relax for two hours. most people who will buy or have bought wii basically use it for their kids to get excersie with out going outside. just seems messed up to me. nothing will ever compare to going out side and playing baseball,football,basketball...whatever you want to play...i just hope this doesnt turn future kids into indoor dewellers all the time...
sorry for the jet off topic
