    Um...

A few things. First, the playoff teams like the Jets, Vikes, Colts, GB, Arizona could all be looking at the same players we are. So for example, suppose you think the best 2 CB's are Haden and Wilson with a decent dropoff afterwards. If you want Wilson, you can fall out of round 1 because there's a good chance one of those teams will take him. Same with DE.

Unless we LOVE someone at 17 or someone crazy falls to 17, we should try to trade down to the 25-27 range and get back a late 2nd....especially if there is a group we all have at around equal value (say Iupati, Graham, Hughes, Morgan, Haden, Wilson, McClain, Weatherspoon, Thomas, Price, Cody). We'd still get a pick of some of those players. IF a QB like Clausen or Bradford dropped and say the Rams made it worth our while, we could always drop down to the first pick of round two for additional picks and really restock our roster with a lot of quality picks in a loaded draft.

However, I think the best bang for our buck would be to tender White and then trade him, franchise Scaife and let him try and find a trade partner and then trade down to pick 25-27 for a 2nd. We could potentially have a 1st (pick 27), a 2nd (pick 59), 3 3rds (ours, one for White, and a comp), 2 4ths (ours and one for scaife), a 5th, 6th, and 7th. We'd have the option of using a 3rd to move up in the 2nd to get 2 players (in the first and second) we want with 4 mid-round picks. Or, trade 2 3rds and get another 2nd round pick. And because this draft is so stocked, I would consider giving up say a 2nd next year plus a 3rd and 4th this year for another mid-rnd this year.

The Titans aren't normally this aggressive...but I am. I would also go all out in free agency but do so in a smart way.

When it comes to our needs? McClain, Graham, Berry, Mays... that's about it, really.

This is probably the most boring draft class in years, IMO.

Matt Millen being a "scout expert" for a draft website is like having Ray Charles be your driving instructor.

it's a terrible choice need wise

....that said, Dez and Britt would be a pretty deadly WR combo; throw Gage in there too....i mean it wouldnt help our defense but I really wouldnt be complaining on offense
