I just wonder why Fisher feels the need to blast everyone publicly now, but not during the season when it actually matters. And why is it nearly a weekly event now?

Given he's 21 and having all that fame and money for the first time, the kid has probably been out partying like a rockstar. I would think that a person being out of shape who plays in the NFL is still probably better shape than 99% of America. Whats the most you can put on in 3-4 months? 20-30lbs? As long as he stays motivated and has a positive attitude I think he will do just fine.

Britt is 21,, hes a 2nd year player, odds are rookies and younger players have a different off season view than the average vet, vets know how to balance leisure and workout whereas younger guys might now know as well, he'll learn, hes got talent, Im confident that when the season starts, he will be ready

You can't just say Damian Williams will be better, Damian will be a #2 wide receiver at best in this league, like a santonio holmes or Reggie Wayne without the speed, making him a touch easier to cover therefore #2. Where as britt can leap andmcatch it at its highest point and break tackles to get YAC. But we will see, IMO britt will be a 900-1000 yard reciever this year, Williams will be lucky to catch 25 balls. I sure do hope this is minor stuff with britt and that it doesn't linger for the next handful of years

You bring up a very good point. I notice this trend as well............

With that said I hope Britt keeps it together. I understand the youth thing....but he's got some special talent that I hope he capitalizes on.

He's got what it takes to become a #1 wr very early in both his life and career from the flashes I've seen thus far.

I still think the entire "bail pal out of jail' was overblown. Sure the guy may be "bad" but I doubt I'd let a long-time friend stay in jail w/o bailing him if I had the type of bank Britt is making. In my case tho...I'd make sure the guy knew it was a ONE TIME deal and he better keep his arse straight cuz' I won't be saving him every second lol
