Yeah I kinda got bored it Nuketown after playing it like 15 times in a row. There are some maps I hate, some I like and am good at.
    I particularly hate Hanoi.

Agreed. It feels like one of those custom made Counter Strike levels. Its also a great level to score massive amounts of points. Sometimes I leave there with like 16,000 and find myself leveling up in no time.

FPS games are all about quickness and accuracy, that's all you really need. This is even more true for all the COD games because of the fast pace. The game itself almost begs you to run and gun. So if you're not doing that then you're camping. Maybe it's another type of multiplayer in Black Ops, but I hardly doubt it. After all, this is the type of gameplay that made the first MW so much fun to play.

Again, I don't see how learning a map qualifies as a skill. The fact is that you will eventually learn all the maps if you keep playing the game. Adjusting to the way opponents are playing seems pointless since everybody is playing the same way. Perhaps you can give me a few examples of what you consider to be high skills.

Anyone who adjusts their game to the load-outs and behaviors of their opponents, as well as the aforementioned quickness and accuracy, is high skilled.

For instance, if you notice that opponents are not using the Hacker perk, Claymores and C4 are going to give opponents fits. Good players will adjust, and have a load-out ready to counter these tools. Average and below will not, they'll continue to play the way they want to play, and will lose for it.

Map learning is a skill, just because everyone will learn them better doesn't mean that some won't have a better understanding of them than others. To believe that players who have played the same map the same number of times will have the same understanding of it is completely asinine. That's just not how it works.

They're adding a patch where you can't play the same map more than 2 times in a row.

Good. People have been spamming Nuketown and Crisis lately.

That sounds more like strategizing to me. And playing a map repeatly will give you a good perspective about everything you need to know... like the most popular camping/sniper spots for instance.

There's really no point in trying to overcomplicate things for a game designed to just run around and shoot other people.

Look, it sounds like you simply don't like the game. Which is fine. But to say it's a game devoid of skill is silly.

Poor argument. I take it you can play it and dominate everyone. Am I right? :moon2:
