Anybody know if there's a place with gluten free pizza in Franklin? We'll be in the area Thu night and my boy has a gluten allergy.

I've been to NYC before, so I have an idea. And yea that's the place... I agree. It wasn't good. It's run by a bunch of New Yorkers, and it's supposed to exhibit the type of atmosphere that a pizza place would have in NYC.

As for me, it's been Pie in the Sky, and that's all... had to stop going to Mellow Mushroom once they continuously undercooked the pizzas... and it was just too greasy for me.

I do like Jet's Pizza as well.

I'll be sure to try this place within the next couple of weeks.

Whole Foods is probably the only place you'll find anything for folks around here with Celiac issues..

The travel channel has a nice piece about the Pizza business in NYC and how Lombardi's started it all with Brick oven pizza. Also talks about why there are 100 pizza joints in NY named "Ray's".

I can't decide what i have been more disappointed in the so called NY thin crust clones than the Chicago style clones in middle Tn. I love them both but not the in between doughy crust crap.

Planet pizza is the best here in Columbia.

To be honest nothing compares to Jeno's or Lou Malnoti's in Chicago. Pizzeria Uno invented the Chicago style and they are a chain so maybe we could put our money together and have a franchise in Nashville.
