To be fair I was surprised by the hype around Schaub, I mean we saw very little of him in Atlanta yet he's a big prospect? Why? So he's passed my expectations for what he can do, problem is, he's a loser.

The Rams already have 7 wins. We will end with 6.

Kyle Orton, Rex Grossman and Carson Palmer have taken more hits than Kerry Collins has in his entire career. Putting those guys behind our offensive line would be ridiculous. Not to mention all of them have showed severe wear in arm strength.

Fitzpatrick is a decent option, but I think Kolb is smarter in football decisions and has learned under a wiser coach. I'd take Kolb over Fitzpatrick in a heartbeat.

all of them have taken some hits but the problem with our O-line is not pass protection its being able to get a push on running plays. were 8th in QB sacks and first in QB hits. kyle orton has shown no lack of an arm from what ive seen. without the divas palmer has been effective too

im sorry but i just dont see what you see in kolb. he has done nothing over his football career to impress me in any way. however fitzpatrick has managed to put together a 3000yd 20td season WITH THE BILLS. with an improved O-line and weapons he easly beats kolb. IMO kolb is just a product of reids system.

Are you analyzing Kolb over the few NFL games he has played or his college career? He was a machine in college. Yes, he has benefited from Reid's system, but he certainly has not had enough time to compare his stat's to Fitzpatrick.

good points but college success does not always convert into NFL success. if were going to go after a QB that has had very little exp as a starter in the NFL why not just go ahead and draft one? nether one is proven but the one you get in the draft is going to have more upside 9 times out of 10

im not really trying to compare his stats to fitzpatricks im just stating why he is my choice at QB over all others.

The upside of having a QB that has spent 4 years in the league AND has had the opportunity to watch both McNabb and Vick, AND has learned from Reid, AND has had some success in the NFL already....

I think that far outweighs a rookie that has none of the above.

What do you guys think about drafting a QB 1st round and letting them sit a year? Have VY be the opening day starter, if he does decent let him finish the year. If he struggles we could start the drafted QB mid-season.

Also, I bet Lockers draft status fell.. he struggled passing in his bowl game. Had a good game rushing though.

I wonder if he could slip to the 2nd round? That would be awesome to draft him then :)

He has struggled in the passing game for 4 years now, so any scout should be accustomed to a bad passing game with an injury.
