We all wanted Fisher gone. We got what we wanted. Let's not complain anymore.

Let's give Munchak a chance before we call him Fisher 2.0.

I like Munch from what I hear from players. I think we def need a coach players like right now after all that took place this season and this offseason.

I agree...it is amazing that this guy is already getting trashed, and he has not even coached 1 down in the NFL as a HC....give me a break.

As I have been saying for awhile now, I am guessing that the FO is making a calculated call on the outcome of the CBA negotiations with this move. Munchak needs to capitalize on this situation and make the most of it. I hope that he gives more rope to the coordinators and hopefully instills a little more discipline than what we have seen in the past few years.

Time will tell, but I am not ready to fire him yet....give him a chance.

No riverman, Cecil was extended by Fisher and he is already gone. Most of the rest will be here.

I think we should do what Mccarthy did to his defense after the 08 season. He fired every single defensive coach except his linebacker coach, Moss. Didn't like the defense so he cleaned house. We need to clean house also!

Won't happen but at least Cecil will be gone.

What is all this love for Winston Moss now? As Dc yes but not as HC i don't see that. No problem bringing him in and talking to him.

Dom Capers is responsible for that defense not Winston Moss and Moss has spent most of his career as a quality control guy for 4-3 teams including the Packers before Capers was brought in.

There is no 3-4 stamp on Moss he just coached the linebackers. He played his whole career in a 4-3 and has coached 10 out of 12 years for 4-3 teams. So he could come here as DC and run the same 4-3.

Every assistant minus Cecil, and as equally obvious fisher. No way Cecil was going to survive- there would be no way to avoid the public backlash.

I do think Bud will direct Munchak to keep those other assistants to avoid duplicating payroll.

No our Wr coach is gone and Munch needs to be replaced as OL coach and Washburn needs to be replaced as DL coach. Of course many of us considered Wash and Munch to be the best coaches Fisher had so we hope the replacements are good.

Cecil is by far the most significant of them all we know that. Let's see if Munch can hire a quality DC. Everything is about the DC as far as i'm concerned.
