I would be getting Stewart, and at this point I'm pretty seriously considering it. CJ sucks, he isn't getting points with yards, TD's or catches, and is it going to get any better? If anything i expect it to get worse as Ringer looks to play a bigger part.

Then Stewart isn't amazing, but he is getting more carries than Deangelo by nearly double, and he gets the goalline touches.

Should I pull the trigger boys?

I hate CJ with a passion, but I wouldn't do it.

I guess I would need to know your team though... Who all do you have?

Yea, I wouldn't do it. Maybe you can package someone with CJ and get a better player.

I would drop Jared Cook as well.

That's funny cause I have nearly all those same guys on one of my teams, and am 2-6 LOL. Chris Johnson has killed me.

Yea I was gonna say that looks like a pretty weak team to be 6-2. I'm 6-2, barely losing both games, and have 900 total points.

I'd do that trade in a heartbeat, assuming you can't sucker someone else into trading a better player than Stewart. I look at it like this, the season is half-way over and CJ hasn't done ANYTHING. That's more than enough evidence for me to conclude he's not going to amount to much this season. Sure he may end up having a couple decent games but that's not a gamble I'd be willing to take at this point. I say get what you can for him.

But Jonathan Stewart doesn't do much either.

    Rushing:
    CJ - 302 yards, 1 TD
    Stewart - 327 yards, 2 TD

    Receiving:
    CJ - 160 yards, 0 TD
    Stewart - 103 yards, 1 TD

    Fantasy points:
    CJ - 52.2
    Stewart - 66.7

Also, keep in mind Stewart has played one more game than CJ. There's just not enough of a difference to do the trade. We know CJ has upside. I think everyone knows I'm a CJ hater by now, but I wouldn't do this trade. He will have a big game eventually.

True. He will have a big game eventually. I'm just not so sure that big game is worth all the weeks of nuthin'.

Also, Stewart has 220 yards receiving, not 103. He has 71 carries to CJ's 107. So he's doing more with less. Bottom line is Stewart is simply the better back right now. And he's been getting more carries than DeAngelo the past two weeks as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see that trend continue. If DeAngelo gets injured or continues to surrender carries to Stewart then Stew's value skyrockets.

With CJ we as Titans fans pretty much know what we're going to get from here on out. We know our O-line is terrible and not getting better anytime soon. We know CJ isn't the same and likely isn't going to be. Sure he may have a decent game once or twice but for the most part it's going to be a lot of frustration and disappointment.

But I think there's definitely a case to be made either way. I'm just saying if it were me I think I'd do it. I'd love to get more value in return but with the way CJ is playing it's just not going to happen. Unless you're in a league with TheSureThing or something.

I'm sure someone has already pointed out that he splits time with Williams..but the past two games he has gotten the bulk of the load and he is the better receiver. So I'd look for him to increase his value over the next few weeks.

I'd probably do it. I've had Stewart since draft day and have only started him once...hopefully he picks it up.

Also I saw someone said drop Cook. I haven't dropped Cook yet, but that because I think when I do he'll start getting more looks...actually I did drop him for a week because I new no one would pick him up and I needed to make a move.

But yea I'd make the trade...maybe try and get another piece in the deal...go for a 2 for one..which would probably be hard maybe get a 2 for 2 in your 'favor'...if all that fails just go back to the 1 for 1.
