Definitely gotta show Nate the Great love, he was tough as nails today. Major props to Nate man.

And yes, smart call by CJ recognizing the potential 10 second run off.

He called out Harper for being a little *****

"Honestly, he's a dirty player," Washington said. "We watched film on him, he's dirty. And I don't appreciate it, I'm going to step out in public and say it: He's dirty.

"That was dirty what he did, it's unfortunate that he grabbed the facemask -- at the same time you don't walk over a guy and nudge him with your knee. You don't do that. That's dirty. And honestly, that's a dirty player, flat out. This is not just one game. He's been doing it all season. And I'm tired of it. I hope the league did something about it."

I've been pretty harsh on Nate in the past but this season he's really stepped up and I'd be very happy with him as a #2 receiver. He came to TN from Pittsburgh in an attempt to move up from a #3 guy to a #2 or #1 guy and he's definitely done that in my opinion. He's currently our #1 receiver and he's doing a good job - he'd be a solid #2 when KB comes back and he's shown a lot of heart.

Curious to see how the next few games for him work out. You know he is going to want to be out there even on his banged up ankle. With his last two games, he is going to start getting plenty of attention so I am curious to see exactly how he will handle this.

At the same time Williams has been stepping up as of late as well. Before, I wanted to spend a first on a wide receiver, but I think it is becoming less of a need.

I agree....IF Britt can stay healthy (big IF, but his media silence since getting hurt is a bit encouraging to me about his maturity anyway), and with DWill as well as a more healthy Avery backing up Nate, I think we are in a pretty good position there.

I would rather spend higher draft picks on D Line, safety, and interior O Line this season....

Washington has been a real leader and has definitely stepped up when we needed it most. That kind of grit carries over to other players and that is one big improvement I see with the team this year. They fight hard the entire game and never quite or give up like we've seen in the past. Has it been perfect? No, of course not but getting rid of the "diva" mentality and fighting hard hard against better opposition even when things don't go your way is the first step on becoming that top tier contender with a real shot at winning the big one we all desire.

I think we all can agree this was never supposed to be that year, actually most of us, me included, didn't expect much at all this year and we are way ahead of schedule if you ask me. Imagine how this year could have turned out if Britt didn't get hurt and CJ didn't take his early retirement!

    My god... really?

Funny how I always am "negative" and post for "shock value" but the moment I get some high fives you cry and say I'm baiting for them?

I didnt even look at the first page until I saw this message. Here's a little bit for you:

I don't care anything about high fives. You know that from the things I say and how I go against the grain. If I cared about those, I wouldn't go back and forth with your little "it sucks" squad friends. (notice I rarely return them)

    You cry way too much.
