If we finish low enough we could end up being able to trade down and pick up another third. Maybe even a second. Teams that need a good young QB (KC, Buffalo, Oakland and the Jets) could end up wanting to trade up. Odds are most of those teams will finish ahead of us. We would still end up with in position to get Star, Hankins, Werner or another good DE.

Doesn't look bad. Not sure he has that power run I enjoy tho. Looks more like a hybrid slash/power runner. Got skinny through the holes. Put some good blocks in protection.

I'm enjoy the "one-cut" RB style the most. That's what he is, would work good for us. He's hits his hole, and then has good moves/speed to beat the LBs to get to the secondary.

Normally the "one-cut" runners like Arian Foster are the best in zone blocking schemes.

I'm not under this idea that the 3-4 defense is some magically scheme (the Falcons and Bears prove that 4-3 scheme can still be effective) I'd honestly like to see us run a scheme simaler to the Raven and use multiple fronts.

Todd McShay looks at what could happen if the Titans have a top-five pick.

    "5. Tennessee Titans (1-4)
The Titans sit 28th in run defense and 29th in sacks, so a deep defensive line class would benefit them.

Lotulelei is the most complete tackle in the class, with his ability to penetrate and disrupt, hold ground against the run and collapse the pocket from the interior. He could be off the board, though, which would leave more traditional run-stuffers such as Georgia's Johnathan Jenkins and Ohio State's Johnathan Hankins as options.

Alternately, the top remaining pass-rusher on the board could help the Titans, whether that's Jones, Mingo or someone like Florida State's Bjoern Werner or Auburn's Corey Lemonier."

The difference in watching Foster hit the hole and CJ just dance is startling.

-We need a dominating DT to pair with Casey.
-Another DE opposite of Wimbley that can provide a pass rush.
-A safety that can tackle, play coverage, catch a ball, well...pretty much anything.
-OL that can block and push.

I prefer to address the defense in the draft then sign more offensive lineman.

This draft is chalk full of D line prospects. Good time to make it happen.

gillisslee would be a decent pick but not until the 5/6 round maybe late 4th if we really like him...we should use late round picks on running backs instead of a 3rd or earlier because we can find plenty of backs in the later rounds...we need to go oline and dline in the first 2 maybe even the first 3 unless a safety fall to us that we are high on
