Sorry, anyone that drives drunk (on more occasion than one) putting lives in danger? No respect for that.

Just because it's common doesn't mean it's any more acceptable.

It's entirely different and you are making yourself look extremely foolish.

UFC- people are making the choice to fight, no one is forcing them.

Dog Fighting- First the dogs are abused to make them tough. Then these guys snatch innocent neighborhood pets and tie them to trees and let their fighting dog practice (KILL) the neighborhood pet they've snatched. Then after the dog fight, if the fighting dog is in bad shape and can't fight again, they just put a noose around it's neck and hang it from a tree to kill it.

If you support and are a fan of that then you are a lowlife disgusting individual.

Yet you stick up for pointless wars.

Innocent kids dying? 18 yr old soldiers? No biggie to Alex!

But dogs?? OH HEAVEN FORBID THE DOGS DIE!!! OH THE HUMANITY!

That's cause I don't find the wars pointless as I have pointed out the benefits repeatedly but you are too dense to try and learn something.

Then again, this is a topic for Taboo. No need for you to have gone there.

Regardless. Fact remains you'd fine with people being killed- and much more offended by dogs dying. Dogs...

    I mean, I think they're cute too- but sh*t man. C'mon...

    Let me explain

What it means is that people put in different circumstances have different results. Take a horse, put it on grass, take the horses twin, put it on sand, and race them. which will win?

Now put them side to side and watch them go neck and neck on the same playing field. Thats what I mean by saying we dont know how great he COULD HAVE been, if used like he was drafted. Fisher is a moron who wanted a caretaker QB, and they used "air McNair" as a caretaker QB until they had no choice but to let him throw and like I said..... co MVP....

If you need me to go into more detail, I will but come on...

Teams have anything to do with that?

Apparent you didnt bother reading what I said, but I will explain it again for you..

Farve played 20 years, McNair 13. Do you have any clue how many of those years Farve was in a "run first" offense compared to McNair? If not, let me know and ill tell you. A small hint, look up the total number of attempts every year by comparison. McNair didnt have a single season where he threw as many times as farves average attempts per season

Want to compare the receivers they had to throw to? Want to compare the teams??

To dumb this down, because I dont think you grasped the concept.... yes, Farve will have more everything, because he was in a different situation. However what we CAN compare is averages over career, and I just pointed it out to you.

Maybe if you grasped the conversation, it wouldnt be so silly.

Its not that I dont see where you are coming from, but I just watched the guy play.

Dont disagree with you at all and not trying to take up for it, it was stupid. what Im saying is that even great people have their skeletons. Do you think you are a good person? I know I believe I am. Now lets lay all your dirty work on the table and see what you are..... same as me....

    Understand? ;)

He just gets his put in the national spotlight cause he got shot and was an NFL athlete.

I am not fine with people being killed. I don't know why you would think that- well I mean except for your obvious lack of intelligence and comprehension.

Dogs are (for the most part) helpless animals. I am not for anyone abusing helpless creatures, I think it is disgusting and vile. And if you support it, then you are scum.

Got ya on different situation. Unfortunately- we judge players based on their individual achievements, not their teams or their "situation". Great QBs especially. They make teams great.

Not only that- but he had a top defense in the league and a top run game... the guy had it made and still did little with it.

You guys do know- it wasn't a coincidence when Volek (a career backup) came in and lit it up, right? McNair wasn't very efficient, simply put.

You want to bring up receivers? Kevin Dyson was taken over Randy Moss... don't pretend talent wasn't there. (actually lead the league in receiving yards up until inured one year)... Derrick Mason was a pure luxury for a QB. Frank Wycheck? Eddie could also catch...

    Yeah. Kill the excuses.

You're better off just playing up the "he was a warrior" angle and hoping someone cares that he played decent while being hurt.
