    Has it really been 4 years? I guess it has, thanks for reminding me how bad our franchise is Alex.

    But I get the point of bringing it up, somethings gotta change or else it'll be 5 years of no post season play.

    This stinks.

    He's also done nothing to correct the problem that has been obvious since day one.. and that is, that they suck and are not deserving of coaching arena football. Zero leadership, zero accountability, zero everything. Except losses.

    I agree that no quality coordinators will come here on one year deals. That said, if we give Munchak an extension after this disaster of a season it's going to be more difficult than ever to support this franchise.

    Between that and the Griffin deal it sure would look like we're rewarding/encouraging mediocrity.

    I would expect losses to Green Bay and Texans but they need to be not as lopsided as the Bears loss.

    I'd expect to win the rest of the games.

    I guess to keep him around at minimum I would want 2-3 to finish the season with no blowout losses.

    Next year would be playoff or bust.

    I really don't think Bellicheck or Bill Walsh could make this roster a high caliber playoff or superbowl team. I think we are lacking playmakers on defense. MAYBE it is just age and some will develop next season, but I really think we need some new secondary and d-line at least.

    This franchise is becoming the joke of the NFL. Just an average team, year after year. Afraid to take risks. Unwilling to pay its players (besides CJ, who had to hold out). Average drafting. Senile owner. We've taken one risk the last few years: Peyton Manning, and we struck out. I miss the days of McNair, Eddie, D-Mase, Wycheck, Thigpen, KVB, Bishop, Rolle, KEARSE, BULLUCK.. and so on and so on. Ever since Bud got cheap and didn't pay those guys, look at the stars we've had: Chris Johnson & Albert Haynesworth (potentially Finnegan & Bironas, but he's a kicker). VY had one good year, then he sucked.

    We get these draftees, and we talk about there potential.. but then they NEVER develop. Like:

    Tyrone Calico
    Chris Brown
    Tank Williams
    Lamont Thompson
    Rocky Calmus
    Peter Sirmon
    Billy Volek
    Ben Troupe
    Erron Kinney
    ANDRE WOOLFOOK
    Travis LaBoy
    Antwan Odom
    Vince Young
    Travis Henry
    Pacman Jones
    Brandon Jones
    Courtney Roby
    Roydell Williams
    LenWhale White
    Lamont Thompson
    Stephen Tulloch
    Paul Williams
    Levell Hawkins
    Chris Henry
    Jason Jones
    Gerlad McRath
    Jacob Ford
    Rennie Curran
    SenDerrick Marks
    Derrick Morgan

    and the list goes on and on. Look at all the wasted money, time, and draft picks out of those players. It's insane. Yes, you can say this about all-teams, but look at the high draft picks... most teams actually produce talent with their picks, not us. All these players at one point in time had "potential" and we thought we had a star, NOPE. These players are likely out of the league, still sucking on our roster, or we didn't pay them and they left.

    Drafting = MUST IMPROVE
    Coaching = MUST IMPROVE
    Devloping = MUST IMPROVE

    We're always just going to be an .500 team, unless we actually get a coach/staff who gives a fudge. So tired of being just another team, and the upper management not showing any sign of change.

    ^ Nailed it.

    Doesn't matter who the coaches are with draft picks like that.

    9 years without a playoff win... wonder how that compares to other team's playoff (win) droughts.

    Only teams I can think of worse off are the Browns, Lions, Bills, Dolphins, and Raiders. Great company.

    2010 Draft: Maurkice Pouncey
    2011 Draft: JJ Watt
    2012 Draft: RG3

    This is what we could have right now. I know its easy to look back now, but in my defense... I wanted JJ Watt/Von/Aldon Smith over Locker. I also didn't want Derrick Morgan, hated him in college, wanted JPP (and he was taken a pick before). If we take Pouncey, the year that Mawae left, we'd have an instant stud interior C. Leaving Amano outside, this not giving him his big deal, and not being the worst center of all time. He was a decent guard however. We would have a hole a DE, so in the following draft we go DL, and get JJ Watt (who could play 43 DE or DT). Passing on Locker. Locker/Gabbert/Ponder now all fall, and it's likely that the Redskins go for a QB, and the Texans would land Kerrigan. Here comes the 2012 draft, we had Hasselbeck as our QB (just like we did last year).. and are in need of a franchise QB. We trade up, in the same trade the skins did, and land RG3.

    We should of kept Finnegan, let Griff walk.. and signed a safety. We wouldn't have a first this upcoming year, but our only hole would likely be SS and OLB (no ZB).

    Oh man, what a dream..
